Intake Process

Individuals can walk in and/or may be referred to JobLinks for services. When a person requires assistance to find employment they are required to have a medical form filled out by their doctor and must fill out a register a person form, (both may be found under the forms page). Once these two forms are filled out, they are brought into JobLinks and an intake package is filled out.

The Intake and Assessment Coordinator will then set up an appointment to meet with the individual to go over the intake package. He/She may be required to attend a number of workshops in preparation to seeking employment. The individual will then be assigned an Employment Specialist to work with to start the job search process.
